What we collect

• When you pay: your name, e-mail, phone and appointment details (date, time, place and type). Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card number.
• When you message us by WhatsApp, text or e-mail: what you send us.

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, immigration documents, or medical details the appointment does not need.

This website

This site uses no cookies, has no forms, and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider keeps normal technical logs (such as IP address) for security. Stripe’s payment page has its own privacy notice.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: confirm your appointment, assign an interpreter, send receipts and reply to you. The assigned interpreter only gets what the appointment needs: your name, date, time and place.

We never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

With the assigned interpreter, with Stripe to process payments, and where the law requires.
