1. Who we are

PTY Services LLC (“PTY Services”) provides Spanish–English interpreting in person, by phone and by video.

We are not lawyers or a law firm. We do not give legal advice, we do not say whether you have a case, we do not fill out legal or immigration forms, and we receive no payment from any lawyer for recommending them. If we give you lawyer contacts, you freely decide whom to call.

2. Prices

• In person: $150 per appointment, up to 2 hours. Each extra hour: $75, charged after the appointment.
• By phone or video: $75 per hour, 1-hour minimum.
• Same-day service: +25%.

3. Payment and confirmation

Services are paid in advance. Your appointment is booked when we receive payment and confirm by WhatsApp, text or e-mail. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App payments are processed on Stripe’s secure page; PTY Services never sees or stores your card number.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel 4 hours or more before the appointment: 100% refund.
• If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, or do not show up: the 2-hour minimum is charged for in-person appointments, or the booked time for phone or video.
• If no interpreter is available, or our interpreter does not arrive: 100% refund.
• Refunds go back to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

5. During the appointment

Our interpreters interpret everything that is said, without adding, omitting or giving opinions, and keep what they hear confidential. If the appointment starts late because of the office, that waiting time counts as service time.
